Born in 1957 in France (Paris), graduated in NEOMA Rouen Business School major in finance. Mr. Chassagnade started his career in 1982 at Deloitte Touche in France and then at Mattel Toys before joining General Electric in 1987 where he pursued many responsibilities towards financial and business development in Europe and in the United States. In particular, he received the CEO Jack Welch Award for Project ‘Best Practices in China’ and he took part in 1997 in the acquisition of EGT, a Company of Alstom, and directed financial integration into GE Power Systems. In 2002, after the acquisition of ABS-Fläkt by Compass Partners, he became Chief Financial Officer of Fläkt Woods until 2015 where he acted as General Director of industrial activity for Europe. During his experience with international and industrial renowned Companies, Mr. Chassagnade has acquired strong skills in finance and Corporate Finance (M&A, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances). He is also a member of the Business Angels in Switzerland, a chartered accountant and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Since May 2016 Eric Chassagnade acts as Managing Partner of Financial Technologies Geneva SA.
